Resilience-focused leadership to healthcare innovation

Brit Steele is the Director of Healthcare Innovation at Inland Housing Solutions (IHS), a 501(c)3 nonprofit providing CalAIM services in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. In June 2024, Brit supported the launch of an Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program emphasizing dyadic care for families, medically fragile fixed income seniors, those individuals that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, along with the development of a 10,000-square-foot facility focused solely on CalAIM services. He also spearheaded a partnership with a local junior college to create an ECM Community Health Worker (CHW) program with stackable credentials, addressing workforce gaps in underserved communities.
